Transfers. Here’s how to transfer your registration to another racer. Please do this by Thursday at midnight. We can handle manual transfers up until the race if necessary.

Wait list. We will not have a wait list. Consider requesting a transfer in on the West Michigan Trail Runners or Dirty Duel Facebook sites.

Entry fee
$35 early registration through July 31
$40 regular registration, Aug. 1 – Oct. 14
$45 late registration, Oct. 15 – Nov. 7, midnight

Entry fee will include a camp-style coffee mug as your finisher award and Robinette’s cider and hot applesauce or doughnuts.

Add $15 for the optional long sleeve race shirt, available through Nov. 3.

No minimum age to race. Free for kids 7 and under. Use our Contact form to request free kids discount code. Multiple kids but neither under 7? Contact us for a discount. Coffee mug not included unless you pay normal entry fee. 

If you are serving or have served in the military, email us dates and location of service for a 10% off discount code.

Registration is only available online via credit card or PayPal. Your charge will appear as MI Adventure Racing on your credit card statement.

REGISTRATION CHANGES

Cancellations/Deferments?
Because transfers will be FREE and available at any time, we will not have a deferment/credit process this year. Find someone who wants in, and use the transfer process below. Can’t find someone? Try the West Michigan Trail Runners Facebook page.

We WILL refund your shirt or other merchandise ordered if you cannot race as long as you cancel before the Monday of race week.

Full refunds are available in the case of a death in the family or military duty.

Transfers & Edits
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration (if you registered last year under our old Snap system, contact us). Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email. Detailed transfer instructions.

If you did not created an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.

You must contact us if you are transferring after registration closes (after Wednesday of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday if at all possible.
